Good morning,

something seems to go wrong when trying to access the management page
for mailinglists:

https://lists.opensuse.org/manage/lists/

I see the following error message:

Mailman REST API not available. Please start Mailman core.

It's working here, but I did have to start mailman about 40-45mins ago, see #106065. Maybe you tried before that restart?
