https://build.suse.de/package/show/SUSE:SLE-15-SP3:Update:CR:ToTest/init-image

The workflow is the same. We go from Update:CR: to Update:CR:ToTest, and from there (if tests green) we release to SUSE:Containers:SLE-SERVER:15-SP3

However, the tests that need to be triggered here are not the regular ones. We should schedule bci-tests (in development group: https://openqa.suse.de/group_overview/398)
with the corresponding variable:
BCI_TEST_ENVS=init
