openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen-x86_64-jeos-filesystem@64bit_virtio fails in
snapper_cleanup
A recent change was for snapper to move the default config file to /usr/share, possibly we end up with wrong defaults somewhere on the test

So far, more seems to be pointing at a product bug; could not find anything test related
(either snapper or JeOS)
