We want to have libnettle and gnutls in newer major versions in SLES 15 SP4.

New versions:

libnettle: 3.7.3
gnutls: 3.7.2

Up to 15-sp3 there was libnettle6 , now it would be libnettle8 major version.

(and libhogweed4 -> libhogweed6 , helper library for libnettle)

libgnutls is not changing it library major versions.
