Description
From bug https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1189770, SCC dev think zypper cmd won't communicate SCC, they suggest to use SUSEConnect instead of zypper cmd.

Unfortunately, the zypper command in https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/6927171#step/patch_sle/122 does not communicate to SCC that the extension has been removed. Only SUSEConnect does that. You should be removing the extension using SUSEConnect rather than zypper.
SUSEConnect --de-register --product SLES-LTSS/12-4/s390x

There is no relationship for using SUSEConnect to replace zypper to deregister ltss, I will reject this ticket.
