Team meeting template (Go/No go)¶

This meeting must be done after the end of every stage of the project. In Chili we are mapping the stage of the project (analysis, design, different stages of implementation, etc) as project versions. We can create a new project version in the Settings entry of the project.

When a stage finish and we need to start the next stage, we need to describe the current status and goals achieved, and decide is we can continue with the next stage or expand the windows of the spring / iteration / stage.

Every meeting will use this page as a parent.

Edit the tasks for the next stage¶

The next stage must have currently tasks and subtasks. In this meeting we will revisit the tasks description and goals. We can modify the goals, and add and remove tasks

Define the tasks for the next+2 stage¶

If we want to work in the open, we need to define the tasks the for the next and subsequent stage. Here we will define what we think that are the expected task for the N+2 stage. These task can be changed after the Go/No go meeting for the N+1 stage.
