## Motivation

## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** https://monitor.qa.suse.de/ shows single-value OSD response time
* **AC2:** An according alert exists
## Suggestions
* Read #158556 and apply the same but for http response times of all logged timestamps, i.e. the http response times we already have available in influxdb
* separate by worker separate routes same as we already do in https://monitor.qa.suse.de/d/WebuiDb/webui-summary?orgId=1&editPanel=84, i.e. do the same here, `request !~ /\/api\/v1\/ws/`
* Add a proper explanation how the value is calculated and what it means -> compare to the description string on the "availability box"
