Please add the 15-SP3 FIPS container to the [release pipeline](https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/container-release-bot/). release pipeline. The 15-SP3 FIPS container, not the host! We also must ensure that this container gets tested on our 15-SP4 and 15-SP5 FIPS hosts (should be the case by default)
