## Motivation
Most PowerPC machines are being move to PRG2 with the help of IBM and BuildOps. We need to support the process and help to bring back the machines to be able to use them as part of non-openQA QE work.
## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** All QE PowerPC machines *not* referenced in https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-pillars-openqa/-/blob/master/openqa/workerconf.sls are usable after the move to PRG2
## Suggestions
* Read #132140 about HMC details and some mentions of relevant machines
* Lookup all relevant QE PowerPC machines from racktable and/or netbox which are *not* referenced in https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-pillars-openqa/-/blob/master/openqa/workerconf.sls
* For machines targeted for PRG2e, e.g. at least [whale](https://racktables.nue.suse.com/index.php?page=object&object_id=9594) wait for #132617 at least until the physical location and network is ready
* Ensure we have access to machines manually and then inform according loaners or users of those machines
