## Observation
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-BCI-Updates-ppc64le-bci-base_15.5_on_SLES_15-SP4-fips_docker@ppc64le fails in
[host_configuration](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12710864/modules/host_configuration/steps/2)
Looks like the FIPS mode is not available on ppc64.
