## Motivation
The openQA webUI VM for o3 was moved to PRG2 but for now is still relying heavily on ressources from NUE1, e.g. workers, bare-metal machines, s390x, powerpc, aarch64 as well as OBS ressources. As soon as we have alternatives for all not relying on NUE1 we should decommission old-ariel
## Acceptance criteria
* **AC1:** o3 openQA jobs run successfully for all four archs x86_64+aarch64+s390x+ppc64le without relying on old-ariel
* **AC2:** o3 multi-machine jobs run successfully on o3 without relying on old-ariel
* **AC3:** o3 openQA bare-metal tests run successfully without relying on old-ariel

* Ensure o3 openQA jobs run successfully for all four archs x86_64+aarch64+s390x+ppc64le without relying on old-ariel
* Ensure o3 multi-machine jobs run successfully on o3 without relying on old-ariel
* Ensure o3 openQA bare-metal tests run successfully without relying on old-ariel
* As soon as we do not need the rsync+ssh tunnel to old-ariel anymore (after OBS to PRG2 migration) enforce apparmor for webUI process on new-ariel and monitor
* Ask Eng-Infra to decommission old-ariel for good
