## Observation
openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-aarch64-install_only@aarch64_cpu_max fails in
[welcome](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2220216/modules/welcome/steps/21)
License not shown in installer. Likely an Ethernet issue. May be related to https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1196606 [As @favogt mentioned, it should not be this one]

set HDDSIZE=40 as required for ppc64le (failed w/o it on https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/390330#step/install_and_reboot/21
