## Motivation 
 In monitor.qa.suse.de we seem to have all provisioned dashboards and panels in the "Salt" folder but alerts are linked to otherwise empty folders "Generic" and "openQA". See

 for an example. 

 We should decide if we put everything provisioned including alerts into "salt" or sort everything from "salt" into the other categories.
