* **AC1:** No more workarounds in OSD due to inefficient video encoder

* Wait for #77845
* Adopt any special handling of videos in our production instances:
* https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-states-openqa/-/blob/master/etc/master/cron.d/SLES.CRON
* Search salt-states and workers cron-jobs for special handling of video-files (e.g. deletion cron jobs) and remove them
* Monitor the impact at least over one night
