Release team, board members etc.
Ask them, get times and dates which are convenient (in the week between GM and GA). Put in a PDF...
Details needed:
* Some idea of times/dates you're available during the 7 days before and a few days after the release (Nov 12 to 23 or so). Think timezone you're in, like "most days from 17:00-23:00 UTC", specific appointments you can make easily with the journalists.
