Release team, board members etc.

Ask them, get times and dates which are convenient (in the week between GM and GA). Put in a PDF...

Details needed:

  • Some idea of times/dates of availability during the 7 days before and a few days after the release (Nov 12 to 23 or so). Think timezone, like "most days from 17:00-23:00 UTC", specific appointments are made with the journalists.
  • email address and phone number
