Base image:
Before GA, the Base image should be tested from https://build.suse.de/project/show/SUSE:SLE-15-SP4:GA:TEST .
After GA (maintenance), we need to do the switch to `CR`/`CR:ToTest`.
However, for the other BCI images, we need to test them from CR project as they are not available in `SUSE:SLE-15-SP4:GA:TEST` and it has been decided to keep them in CR.
The plan for 15-SP5 is that they follow the same milestone build cadence as the base image, in the future `SUSE:SLE-15-SP5:GA:TEST` project.
