The repository is old and outdated. We have a lot more machines in O3 openqa-aarch64-ipmi.suse.de was not reachable over via ipmi: $ ssh o3 'ping -q -c 1 aarch64 >/dev/null' || ipmitool -I lanplus -C 3 -H openqa-aarch64-ipmi.suse.de -U ADMIN -P ADMIN power cycle Error: Unable to establish IPMI (see https://gitlab.suse.de/openqa/salt-pillars-openqa/-/blob/master/openqa/workerconf.sls#L31-38) and the passwords are outdated.
