As we have initial grafana to monitor the state of machines/workers, we need to start sending email notifications. General idea for these notifications is that they are visible to people interested in operational status (Host is down, and wether an action is being taken, with CC to qa-sle) over time the verbosity could be changed. Requirements: - email notifications should be delivered to an open mailing list - People interested on reading the notifications can suscribe themselves - add Tools members, Marita and Heiko are suscribed to this automatically alerts - enable subscription for notifications - Nagios/Infra notifications should end up in the same mailing list configure automatic Infra ticket subscription (simple email to infra if certain services are down)
