Description
Move "audit-remote-libvirt" from openQA SLE15 SP3 job group to SLE15 SP4 job group for x86_64 arch.
It is a nested VM test case need L1 qcow2 image be ready.
On x86_64 the qcow2 image is ready already, others are not.

More info, this test case only supports to be run on x86_64 arch as the nested virtualization limitation on other arches.
