Grafana exists for x86 as a container image.
The image is available in OBS at our project at:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory:zSystems/ceph-grafana-image
Grafana is building successullz for s390x as a package.
The problem is OBS-ExclusiveArch at:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Factory:zSystems/ceph-grafana-image/ceph-grafana-image.xsl?expand=1
Go to the development branch, branch it and add s390x as an architecture.
