looks like wrong INCIDENT_ID , fix for bot was deployed ...
to restart job ...-> clone job with correct INCIDENT_ID

Ok, but, How I can clone change ID, the correct will be INCIDENT_ID=20521, not INCIDENT_ID=SUSE_Maintenance_20521 , right? But I don't have experience to clone change any seetings in openqa.de
