Grafana doesn't show information during some minutes, but also we got alerts on the CPU after the recovery

Motivation

On 2021-07-22 10:14 we can grafana is not showing getting any results of the Webui summary ping

And we can check that we have increase of CPU after the recovery

During the daily we checked that there weren't a huge quantity of pending jobs to explain the amount of CPU on the recovery.

Problem since did not happen again. We don't have logs on osd going back that long due to #96551 so this time we can not check more and assume the problem to be gone without actions. Next time we should still have the system journal from the relevant time.
