Description
Currently, MTUI uses Upgrader/Downgrader/Preparer directly in TestReport singleton, which leads to use the first found refhost as a selector for correct implementation. So INCIDENT can have only one Product Family
Moving this to Target presentation enable us to use correct implementation per host ( Multiple products in INCIDENT) and throw out custom Threading code in favor of simple concurrent.futures from stdlib/
