Hello Lemon/Wei,
As we discussed offline, we may need add this migration path, it has much difference as we did on x86_64 platform, since shim is not included on sles15sp2 phase. (You may ask how to test sles15sp3 to sles15sp4 upgrade path, it is same as x86_64, as shim is checked from 15sp3 on aarch64 )
Platform: aarch64
OS version: sles15sp2
target version:sles15sp4
Secureboot: enabled
Signature: SUSE CA with edk2 binaires, aavmf-aarch64-suse-code.bin & aavmf-aarch64-suse-vars.bin
