https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/78224 is resolved and I opened a new one https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/91383 to track the softfail.

Use the parent poo to track the soft failure in the future for convenience,
and will open new sub poo(s) to fix the soft failure if needed.
