openSUSE Release Process

Our staging machines don't currently cover all setups used in production. For instance we don't have the same hardware available. So any issues depending on certain hardware wouldn't be seen when testing out changes on a staging machine. Of course there's the argument most changes won't... but so long as we consider staging as part of a typical workflow we should probably try and make it complete enough for that.
