As discussed offline,

I can test the root disk encryption with separate boot partition.

Then, I can test ssh unlock without type password before entering into grub.

btw, I can pass the manual test with static ip configuration: [sample as below]

ip=192.168.0.10::192.168.0.1:255.255.255.0:eth0::off
