6 cases are running and 7 cases are failed for the qcow files were not existed.
these qcow files were not found in fixed dir.

KEEP_REGISTERED=1 and ONLINE_MIGRATION=1 for online cases
KEEP_REGISTERED=1 for offline pscc cases

now all case have correctly set and ready to move to hpc group.
now the issues/bugs are:
poo#78220 [SLE][Migration][SLE15SP3] test fails in grub_test_snapshot - need to investigate why ms role cases don't have read-only snapshots
bsc#1178921[Build 78.1] openQA test fails in zypper_patch - SUSEConnect cannot de-registration SLE_HPC-LTSS/15/aarch64
