This is unrelated to software-o-o ;-)
https://counter.opensuse.org/link/ is typically used as link target, for example for the countdown banner on https://en.opensuse.org/Main_Page
I just updated the link target to Portal:15.3 (in the webserver config, via salt) - but in the future we should do this a bit ;-) earlier.
