I'm not sure if this needs to be configured in weblate

but following are OBS projects where the openSUSE Leap 15.3 sources are stored:

openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3 and few packages in openSUSE:Leap:15.3

But it's really mostly openSUSE:Backports:SLE-15-SP3

I did sent email to Maik Wagner the new co-ordinator for German language. I personally don't have almost any permissions in weblate.

Maik hasn't got such permissions in Weblate, too. Stanislav is the Weblate Maintainer.
