to http://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/opensuse-131-start-up
Please use the activedoc link above when a direct link is needed.
Please also note, that the english text you find there needs an update. The german version at
http://activedoc.opensuse.org/de/book/opensuse-131-start-up is most current, and should be translated to english, then merged with (or simply replace) the english text.

The documents are already published and the activedoc server survived to the release day.
We all finally agreed on redirecting http://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/html/openSUSE/opensuse-startup/ to http://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/opensuse-start-up (both exclude version number).
The redirection was still not active at release time, so software.o.o was changed to point directly to the new urls even if it meant to "break" the translations a little bit. Right now, with the redirection already working, software.o.o have been changed to link to the old urls again while the translators update the localized versions.
One we have enough translations, the old urls will be dropped from software.o.o.
