Description

Backgroud issue.
Bug 1158886 - wrong keyboard layout after update from SLES11 SP4 (KDE+ldap) to SLES15 SP1 (edit) // keyboard not change after upgrade

We should enable keyboard checking before and after migration for current support scenario.
Base should be 11sp4/12spx/15spx

Did research about keyboard.
It need change with yast console.
And there is one solution if keyboard has some problem

It is not related with ldap
