TOGGLEHOME by itself does nothing special. It's just another variable which could be checked in test module and some decision is made (e.g. if TOGGLEHOME==1, then do something). It was used in partitioning previously. But in partitioning it is not used anymore. We are using SEPARATE_HOME:0 or SEPARATE_HOME: 1.

Try to use installation/partitioning/no_separate_home module to our test, to check if can delete /home partition.
