Description

For the first step pruning should run:

  1. manually for disk backup
  2. automatically for net backup

First Steps are done.

There is a new config file for pruning and a prune script added.

The script can be used for manual pruning disk backups by now.

Mal verlängert.

Automatisches pruning muss gründlicher durchdacht werden.

  1. Bevor mit dem pruning begonnen wird, sollte das Backup-Repository bereits eine Weile in Betrieb sein, ich würde sagen mindestens 1 Jahr
  2. Pruning ist sehr langwierig. Während des prunings kann nicht gesichert werden. D.h. Wird das pruning zeitgesteuert ausgeführt, muss passend die Datensicherung ausgesetzt werden.
