was in contact with kbabioch. checks have moved to /tests. We can see the decrease in response time on https://thruk.suse.de/thruk/cgi-bin/extinfo.cgi?type=2&host=openqa.suse.de&service=HTTP%20access%20openqa&backend=7215e#pnp_th1/1566205134/1566219534/0 since about 2h
