Since the artwork for the distro stays mostly the same it should be sufficient to just change the version number. Last time Marcus Moeller did it.

I asked Marcus Moeller directly. He would like to give someone else the chance to work on the counter.
So I checked input files and found that I already prepared them to have the script replace the version number. So reusing the 12.3 files for 13.1 is a trivial cp operation. I commit that into git now.
