See https://github.com/kubic-project/health-checker and https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/health-checker and implement some checks for the workers, e.g. all the worker services including caching to be properly started, worker reachable, workers not immediately incompleting, etc.

we use transactional-server for o3 infrastructure but not for osd. This can still be beneficial but I am not so sure if this setup is something we would opt for again in future installations.
