we still have https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/openSUSE:Leap:15.1/build?linkrev=base&rev=53 local change in obs-build, we need this sl15.1.conf to be upstreamed, not sure how usually obs-build being handled, should I just open a PR for that or open a ticket to maintainer...
