Restrict functionality for osC'13 and for openSUSE infrastructure.
We only want the application to be used for this osC'13 conference. So we want to disable not needed functionality (like creating events, asking for reimbursements, etc.) it should be as easy as adjusting permissions.
We should also disable things that have no sense when deployed in the openSUSE infrastructure, like password change or editing profile information.
We should also create the event and the TSP committee members user accounts, of course.
