clean up the SLE-workarounds subproject. Check which packages got merged and remove them. Verify the remaining ones are progressing.

Generated 5 delete requests by running tool, but that leaves 46 packages in workarounds.
Re-running with --all:
$ ./manager_42.py --debug --dry -c config/manager_42/openSUSE\:Leap\:15.0.yml --all
Generated 47 deletes requests out of 51 packages in SLE-workarounds.

As far as I am aware the remaining ones are in-flux or expected.
created delete requests for the following now sourced from Factory (using automation which I will deploy to packagelists shortly):
Re-deployed so the new code should be active.
Automation is working and all but two of next batch are already marked for removal.
