Have some positive communication ready, which they can use to speed things up.

Send mail to vincent to see if he's OK with what I'd like to ask the board.

Board agrees to move forward. We'll tell the ambassadors asap that we won't send out things ad-hoc anymore and, together with the ambassador program, will announce the merchandising. Send the board an example communication to help out a bit.
Do we have a communication ready for announcing our plans and the shut down of the DVD page? The task has a big delay.
