Tasks to be done for Live images
- create :Images subproject
- set release target
- adjust totest manager
- create openQA job group
- sync to openQA
- make obs publish to the correct directory

After some pondering I decided to use a separate :ToTest after all. Makes TTM easier as the build numbers differ.
