Description

The UEFI certificate in staging and rings is wrong.

Verify by checking /etc/uefi/certs in the shim package in Leap vs Factory. Use openssl to dump the certificates:

openssl x509 -noout -text -nameopt multiline,utf8,-esc_msb -inform DER -in $file

mls copied the cert to leap 15 staging, I've triggered the relevant packages rebuild, however installation-images:openSUSE seems doesn't be trigger by any, so I've triggered it manually, now uefi test passed.
