Description

the ftp tree needs to have the content file for linuxrc to find it's root file etc. KIWIMiniIsoPlugin.pm removes it to save space. So KIWIContentPlugin needs to be added

Previously there was a misconfiguration of the NET iso. Currently the issue seems to be that we pass kexec=1 and linuxrc then tries to unconditionally load the kernel from the ftp tree. Unfortunately it does not read CHECKSUMS -> https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1069004

need to change the approach. There's now a instsys= parameter that needs to point to the root file
