Description

Initially the main actions were the workflow-based, that were grouped in the "actions" dropdown button. A lot of other actions have been added since then and with so many buttons the most important one (the workflow dropdown) is hard to find.

On the other hand, history information and comments should be merged in a consistent way.

Last but not least, with so much information, we need to put the actions and the most relevant info at top of the page.

Finished the first iteration of the UI revamp with adapted tests. A few improvements still pending before committing.
