Description

the test suite still calls schema->deploy which AFAIU should not be
used anymore. So the code that adds data to the database in
lib/OpenQA/modules/Schema/Schema.pm needs to be converted to
fixtures.

note the auto triggers for the timestamps are currently created via the deploy hook ...
