openGrok AI integration within Telegram

Description
I would like for us to consider nuking the bridge between telegram and
Matrix, unless a channel specifically requests the bridge (for instance,
I'm reasonably certain the Aeon channel would want to keep it).
My reasoning is based on the upcoming agreement between Telegram, and
xAi, to feed telegram content to the Grok LLM.

Matrix and IRC users, quite literally haven't consented to having their
chats fed into an LLM, and the bridge will be doing exactly that, as I
understand it.

Hi I agree with this, alas, I have unsubscribed from the Aeon channel for now...
