openSUSE admin

I am a moderator on build.o.o, but apparently its either broken, or I'm
not setup properly. I get the notifications for reported packages and
users, but I apparently am not able to do anything but favor or disfavor
reports, I can't actually take any action, when it comes to deleting
illegal or problematic content.

I'm not sure if this is by design, or a misconfiguration issue, but if
somebody could look into it, I'd certainly appreciate it.
