system_prepare cannot run add_suseconnect_product for desktop

Description

Looking at system_prepare.pm or this link, the lines 65+66, desktop product , seem will be never executed for SLE-12, because of condition sequence.

In fact, we enter the if-block when is SLE-15+, then add_suseconnect_product desktop is executed when is-SLE-12: but being already SLE-15+, it can never happen and line 65 will never be triggered for SLE-12 !
